The Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) is currently seeking for qualified candidates for the following position:

I. Deputy-Head of Business Development and Strategy Department

 

ភារកិច្ច និងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ

  • Update, initiate, and develop 3-years rolling Strategic Plan of the bank;
  • Evaluate the existing policy, guideline, procedure in order to update and/or develop new policy, guideline, procedure for department
  • Research, and study market demand and market trend, real situation and development of Agricultural and Rural sector and Banking and Finance sector through varieties of sources, as input to develop Strategic Plan of the bank;
  • Study, research, and evaluate existing products & services and financing projects of the bank comparing to other financial institutions;
  • Study, research and seek for new potential market for bank and develop new products & services and new financing mechanism and models and make proposal for pilot test new products & services and new financing mechanism;
  • Strengthen strategic partnership with other institutions/ministries with aims of socio-economic development;
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

  • Bachelor degree/Master Degree in management, project management or relevant
  • Have at least 3 years-experience in Management, Marketing, Products & Services development in financial sector and project management;
  • Skill in develop Strategic planning, marketing plan, project management, and development of database
  • Be able to write and speak Khmer and English fluently
  • Skill in Microsoft office and SPSS
  • Demonstrate a high capability of creativity, analysis, intuitive
  • Strong communication and team building skills
  • Honest and positive-mindset

 

II. Salesperson (2 Positions)

  • Develop sale plan to achieve sale target;
  • Planning, organizing, attending marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness and to promote and/or sell bank’s products & services;
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling;
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction;
  • Analyze, track sales and prepare weekly and monthly reports;
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;
  • Contributing in the implementation of marketing plan;
  • Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing objectives;
  • Assisting the marketing team in organizing events and exhibitions for the promotion of products & services;
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

III.Senior Loan Officer (SME Loan, សហគមន៍កសិកម្ន​ និងឥណទានគាំទ្រវិស័យកសិកម្មខ្នាតតូច based in Phnom Penh)

 

ភារកិច្ច និងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ

  • Meet loan applicants to obtain personal and financial information, describe the types and terms of loans to applicants as well as assist them for loan application.
  • Has the ability to analyze and interpret financial statements of the business in order to access the payment capacity and financial soundness of the borrower.
  • Conducts field visit/verification of credit files and clients, and prepare the on-site report.
  • Conduct loan appraisal and collect detailed information including personal, business, collaterals information, and make recommendation for management decision based on credit principles, policy, and regulation.
  • Prepare and execute loan contracts and arrange for disbursement of loan in kind.
  • Closely monitor loan utilization, loan repayment follow of timely repayments
  • Assist to resolve the customers issue or consult whenever they required.
  • Have good knowledge about guideline of regulatory body and able to prepare loan reports for internal and external use.

គុណវុឌ្ឍិនិងសមត្ថភាព

  • Bachelor Degree preferably in Banking and Finance or Accounting or related fields.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience preferred in credit operation in bank and/or financial institute.
  • Knowledge on SME, corporate, smallholder farmers particularly in the agricultural sector and rural areas.
  • Skill in property evaluation.
  • Good Command of English.
  • Advanced computer skills (Ms. Word, Excel) & Proficient Khmer typing skills
  • Ability to work in confidentiality, ability to work in the field & travel to provinces
  • Negotiation and internal relationship building
  • Analysis and reporting Skills

IV. មន្រី្តឥណទាន (ជាច្រើននាក់ ដើម្បីបម្រើការងារនៅ ខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង ខេត្តត្បូងឃ្មុំ ខេត្តព្រៃវែង កំពង់ធំ)

  • ទទួល និងពិនិត្យលើពាក្យសុំខ្ចីឥណទាននិងឯកសាររបស់អតិថិជន។
  • ចុះពិនិត្យ-សិក្សា ដល់ទីកន្លែងអាជីវកម្មរបស់អតិថិជន។
  • ចុះពិនិត្យវត្ថុធានាបំណុលរបស់អតិថិជន។
  • រៀបចំរបាយការណ៍ដែលបានចុះសិក្សា ពិនិត្យ និងវាយតម្លៃ និងរៀបចំរបាយការណ៍វិភាគលើការផ្តល់ឥណទាន។
  • សិក្សានិងស្រាវជ្រារកមូលហេតុចំបងដែលនាំឱ្យមានការសងបំណុលយឺតយ៉ាវ ដោយ​ធ្វើរបាយការណ៍។

  • បរិញ្ញាបត្រផ្នែក ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងធនាគារ ឬ សញ្ញាបត្រប្រហាក់ប្រហែលដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ
  • មានជំនាញ និងបទពិសោធន៍ការងារទាក់ទងនឹងផ្នែកឥណទាន កាន់តែប្រសើរ។
  • អាចវិភាគ និងចុះសិក្សាលើរបាយការណ៍ផ្តល់ឥណទានដល់អតិថិជន
  • អាចវាយតម្លៃ និងផ្តល់ជាអនុសាសន៍លើរបាយការណ៍ផ្តល់ឥណទានដល់អតិថិជន
  • អាចវិភាគលើរបាយការណ៍ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ
  • មានចំណេះដឹងផ្នែក Microsoft office (Words, Excel, Power Point), Internet & Email.
  • ភាសា​អង់គ្លេស​អាច​ប្រើការ​បាន

 

V. បុគ្គលិកនៃការិយាល័យគ្រប់គ្រងទ្រព្យធានាបំណុល (បម្រើការងារនៅការិយាល័យកណ្តាល )

  • វាយតម្លៃទ្រព្យធានាបំណុល ។
  • រៀបចំឯកសារសម្រាប់ធ្វើការដាក់បន្ទុកទ្រព្យធានាបំណុល ។
  • បំពេញការងារជាមួយអជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន និង/ឬ ពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីចុះបញ្ជីលើទ្រព្យធានាបំណុលស្របតាមច្បាប់បទប្បញ្ញត្ដិ ផ្សេងៗកំណត់ ។
  • ពិនិត្យឯកសារសម្រាប់ធ្វើការដាក់បន្ទុកទ្រព្យធានាបំណុល ដែលទទួលបានពីការិយាល័យចល័តរបស់ ធ.អ.ជ.ក. និង ដំណើរការបន្ដ ។
  • រៀបចំរបាយការណ៍ការងារអំពីទ្រព្យធានាបំណុល ដែលខ្លួនទទួលបន្ទុកជូនប្រធានការិយាល័យ និងឆ្លងតាមឋានុក្រម ។
