Key duties and responsibilities

  • Design, implement and monitor Performance Management to enable employees and teams understanding of the goals of the Bank and to identify how individual and team outputs contribute to the achievement of the Bank’s objectives.
  • Work closely with each Department to establish and support the link between strategic business objectives and people’s day-to-day actions and tasks by implementing a process for tracking progression from goal setting, mid-year reviews and end of year evaluations to support individual, team and Bank performance.
  • Work closely with Line manger to design, implement and manage performance training/capacity building for all levels of employees and management
  • Contribute to the design, implementation and management of effective Recognition Programs to reward staff contributions
  • Design performance management data system to manage all performance documents
  • Ensure systematic filing system for Performance documents and ensure that all files are placed in a secure place (to avoid unauthorized access of documents).
  • Design user-friendly processes and maintenance of a company’s HR systems.
  • Assist other tasks as requested by Line manager or the Head of Department

Qualifications and competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related fields
  • Knowledge of Staff Performance management processes and tools
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS and Data management is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team working and relations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) in English
  • Innovation and creativity.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Appropriate salary according to the labor market
