Key duties and responsibilities

  • Work with Chief of Training & Development to effectively coordinate On-Boarding and Orientation Programs.
  • Assist and/or Coordinate in an effective E-Learning via LMS program
  • Participate in implementing Talent & Succession Planning Program
  • Assist Chief of Training & Development to collect and analyze Training Need Assessment (TNA) and come up with the Proposal Annual Training Plan
  • Coordinate all internal and external training session including provision of administrative training supports, pre-assessment, post assessment and training evaluation
  • Evaluate, follow up and analyze the training results to staff
  • Ensure the accurate training data record and reporting of the training; as well as the binding training contract are made against staff after training completion
  • Participate in developing and updating the training policies/guideline up on the organizational change and need
  • Other tasks assigned by hiring manager.

Qualifications and competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related fields
  • Additional professional qualification/certification in Human Resources Management, or in Training & Development is advantageous
  • Have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in Human Resources
  • Knowledge of Staff Capacity processes and tools
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS and Data management is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team working and relations.
  • Training of Trainer
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) in English
  • Innovation and creativity.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Appropriate salary according to the labor market
