Work with Chief of Training & Development to effectively coordinate On-Boarding and Orientation Programs.
Assist and/or Coordinate in an effective E-Learning via LMS program
Participate in implementing Talent & Succession Planning Program
Assist Chief of Training & Development to collect and analyze Training Need Assessment (TNA) and come up with the Proposal Annual Training Plan
Coordinate all internal and external training session including provision of administrative training supports, pre-assessment, post assessment and training evaluation
Evaluate, follow up and analyze the training results to staff
Ensure the accurate training data record and reporting of the training; as well as the binding training contract are made against staff after training completion
Participate in developing and updating the training policies/guideline up on the organizational change and need
Other tasks assigned by hiring manager.
Qualifications and competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related fields
Additional professional qualification/certification in Human Resources Management, or in Training & Development is advantageous
Have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in Human Resources
Knowledge of Staff Capacity processes and tools
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS and Data management is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team working and relations.

Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) in English
