Agricultural And Rural Development Bank (ARDB) is a state-owned bank established by the Royal Government of Cambodia in 1998 in order to implement the Government’s policy in Agricultural sector and rural economy.
ARDB is currently seeking for qualified candidates for the following positions:

I. Chief of Training & Development Division (1 position based in Phnom Penh)

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
  • Develops training and development programs and objectives.
  • Administers spending against the departmental budget.
  • Obtains and /or develops effective training materials/platforms
  • Organize e-learning courses٫ workshops and other trainings
  • Trains and coach managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
  • Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
  • Develops and maintains organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
  • Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
  • Modifies programs as needed.
  • Actively join in the talent management framework.
  • Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
  • Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff.
  • Assist other tasks as requested by the Head of Department

Qualifications and competencies

  • BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
  • At least 4 years’ experience in designing and implementing employee development program in bank or financial institute.
  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
  • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
  • Ability to design and implement effective training and development
  • Knowledge of HR functions (training & development, HRMS, performance, recruitment etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Office; good knowledge of IT is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation skills and Strong ethics and reliability
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

II. Internal Auditor (1 position based in Phnom Penh)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist to develop audit plan for auditee;
  • Conduct audit according to audit cycle;
  • Collect the supporting documents and join team to review, provide recommendations and follow up the implementation of audit recommendations
  • Draft the report to the CEO and quarterly-report to the committee of audit;

Qualifications and competencies

  • Bachelor Degree of Finance or Accounting or Bachelor Degree of Audit or equivalent relevant qualification
  • At least one year Auditing experiences in banking institutions
  • Be able to write and read English Language;
  • Understand about Microsoft office and other related;
  • Be good at preparing Reports, Communication, problem solving and consult on weaknesses;
  • Be able to perform audit cycle;
  • Have skill in financial analysis, research and data collection;

III. IT Internal Auditor (1 position based in Phnom Penh)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist to develop and perform IT audit plan;
  • Provide the Auditee with consultation and guidance on IT risk management matters, particularly on core banking system, application and security;
  • Collect the supporting documents and join team to review, provide recommendations and follow up the implementation of audit recommendations;
  • Draft the report to the CEO and quarterly-report to the committee of audit;

Qualifications and competencies

  • Bachelor Degree of Finance or Accounting or Bachelor Degree of Audit or equivalent relevant qualification
  • At least one year IT Auditing experiences in banking institutions
  • Understand about IT network, application and security;
  • Understand about Accounting and Finance;
  • Be able to write and read English Language;
  • Understand about Microsoft office and other related;
  • Have skill in assess, analyze IT risk, research and data collection;
  • Be good at preparing Reports, Communication, problem solving and consult on IT;

IV. Sale Representative (1 position based in Phnom Penh)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop sale plan to achieve sale target;
  • Planning, organizing, attending marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness and to promote and/or sell bank’s products & services;
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling;
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction;
  • Analyze, track sales and prepare weekly and monthly reports;
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;
  • Contributing in the implementation of marketing plan;
  • Supporting the marketing manager in day-to-day marketing objectives;
  • Assisting the marketing team in organizing events and exhibitions for the promotion of products & services;
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and competencies

  • Have at least 1 year-experience in sale
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Be able to write and speak Khmer and English fluently
  • Skill in Microsoft office
  • Strong and confident communicator
  • Honest, positive-mindset
  • Highly self-motivated

V. Credit Officer (ជាច្រើនរូប ដើម្បីបម្រើការងារនៅ ភ្នំពេញ ស្ទឹងត្រែង ត្បូងឃ្មុំ ពោធិ៍សាត់)

តួនាទី និងការទទួលខុសត្រូវចម្បងៗ៖

  • ទទួល និងពិនិត្យលើពាក្យសុំខ្ចីឥណទាននិងឯកសារផ្សេងៗរបស់អតិថិជន។
  • ចុះពិនិត្យ-សិក្សា ដល់ទីកន្លែងអាជីវកម្មរបស់អតិថិជន។
  • ចុះពិនិត្យវត្ថុធានាបំណុលរបស់អតិថិជន។
  • រៀបចំរបាយការណ៍ដែលបានចុះសិក្សា ពិនិត្យ និងវាយតម្លៃ និង របាយការណ៍វិភាគលើការ ផ្តល់ ឥណទាន។
  • សិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវ រកមូលហេតុចប្បងដែលនាំឱ្យមានការសងបំណុលយឺតយ៉ាវ និងរៀបចំជារបាយការណ៍។
  • ចូលរួមដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាបំណុលយឺតយ៉ាវ ។

Qualifications and competencies

  • បរិញ្ញាបត្រផ្នែក ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងធនាគារ ឬ សញ្ញាបត្រប្រហាក់ប្រហែលដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ
  • មានជំនាញ និងបទពិសោធន៍ការងារទាក់ទងនឹងផ្នែកឥណទាន កាន់តែប្រសើរ។
  • ចេះវិភាគ និងចុះសិក្សាលើរបាយការណ៍ផ្តល់ឥណទានដល់អតិថិជន
  • អាចវាយតម្លៃ និងផ្តល់ជាអនុសាសន៍លើរបាយការណ៍ផ្តល់ឥណទានដល់អតិថិជន
  • អាចវិភាគលើរបាយការណ៍ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ
  • មានចំណេះដឹងផ្នែក Microsoft office (Words, Excel, Power Point), Internet & Email.
