ARDB កំពុងត្រូវការជ្រើសរើសបុគ្គលិកជាច្រើននាក់ដូចខាងក្រោម៖

I.មន្រី្តឥណទាន (ជាច្រើននាក់ ដើម្បីបម្រើការងារនៅ ខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង ខេត្តត្បូងឃ្មុំ ភ្នំពេញ )

តួនាទី និងការទទួលខុសត្រូវចម្បងៗ៖

  • ទទួល និងពិនិត្យលើពាក្យសុំខ្ចីឥណទាននិងឯកសារផ្សេងៗរបស់អតិថិជន។
  • ចុះពិនិត្យ-សិក្សា ដល់ទីកន្លែងអាជីវកម្មរបស់អតិថិជន។
  • ចុះពិនិត្យវត្ថុធានាបំណុលរបស់អតិថិជន។
  • រៀបចំរបាយការណ៍ដែលបានចុះសិក្សា ពិនិត្យ និងវាយតម្លៃ និង របាយការណ៍វិភាគលើការ ផ្តល់ ឥណទាន។
  • សិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវ រកមូលហេតុចប្បងដែលនាំឱ្យមានការសងបំណុលយឺតយ៉ាវ និងរៀបចំជារបាយការណ៍។

II.Sales Representative (២ តំណែង បម្រើការងារនៅ ភ្នំពេញ)

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop sale plan to achieve sale target;
  • Planning, organizing, attending marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness and to promote and/or sell bank’s products & services;
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling;
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction;
  • Analyze, track sales and prepare weekly and monthly reports;
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;
  • Contributing in the implementation of marketing plan;
  • Supporting the marketing manager in day-to-day marketing objectives;
  • Assisting the marketing team in organizing events and exhibitions for the promotion of products & services;
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and competencies:

  • Have at least 1 year-experience in sale
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Be able to write and speak Khmer and English fluently
  • Skill in Microsoft office
  • Strong and confident communicator
  • Honest, positive-mindset
  • Highly self-motivated

III.Audit Officer (២ តំណែង បម្រើការងារនៅ ភ្នំពេញ)

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Conducting audit according to audit cycle
  • Following up the implementation of previous audit recommendations
  • Preparing the report to the Head of Internal Audit and Informing to the related offices/departments
  • Participating in the development of Audit Plan and Procedures
  • Participating in other audit works provided by the Head of Internal Audit

Qualifications and competencies:

  • Bachelor Degree of Accounting – Auditing or Bachelor Degree of Bank, Finance and Accounting
  • At least two years with Auditing or Finance and Accounting
  • Advance in Microsoft word &Excel, Accounting Software…
  • Be able to audit according to Audit Cycle, analyse Financial Statements
  • Having research and Improving skills
  • Responsibility and Professional Secrecy
  • Be integrity and honest

IV.Reporting Development Officer (១ តំណែង បម្រើការងារនៅ ភ្នំពេញ)

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensuring BIP report is available and can response to RDB business requirements;
  • Closely coordinate with software vendor to resolve system problems caused by users, and software;
  • Creating new branches, products, features in Core System up on request;
  • Developing report of core banking system in BIP;
  • Controlling access permissions and privileges to BIP;
  • Fix bugs of report raised by customers or by the teams; and
  • Communicating with managers and other team members.

Qualifications and competencies:

  • Fresh graduate in Computer Science
  • Having one-year experience in Reporting​​ is a plus;
  • Good knowledge of SQL statement, PL/SQL programming;
  • Working knowledge and/or experience develop reporting;
  • Experience with Core Banking System is a plus; and
  • Good knowledge of financial/accounting principles and banking operations.

V.Core Banking System Management Officer (១ តំណែង បម្រើការងារនៅ ភ្នំពេញ)

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensuring Core banking system is available and can response to RDB business requirements;
  • Closely coordinate with software vendor to resolve system problems caused by users, and software;
  • Creating new branches, products, features in Core System up on request;
  • Controlling access permissions and privileges to Core banking system;
  • Supporting system on existing features, new features and/or product test, UAT, FAT, and apply fixes/patches;
  • Providing system training and support to Head Office, Mobile Unit;
  • Fix bugs raised by customers or by the teams; and
  • Backup and Restore database.

Qualifications and competencies:

  • Fresh graduate in Computer Science;
  • Having one-year experience in Core Banking System​​ is a plus;
  • Good knowledge of SQL statement, PL/SQL Language;
  • Working knowledge and/or experience of web-service/API, XML files & Oracle database;
  • Good knowledge of financial/accounting principles and banking operations;
  • Execution of End of Day, End of Month and End of Year procedures; if necessary change time to night shift, Must to obey the Night Shift rule.

VI.Mobile Development Officer (២ តំណែង បម្រើការងារនៅ ភ្នំពេញ)

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Reading and analyzing functional specifications provided by customers;
  • Proven software development experience and Android skills development;
  • Proven working experience in Android app development;
  • Have published at least one original Android app;
  • Experience with Android SDK;
  • Fix bugs raised by customers or by the teams; and
  • Communicate with managers and other team members.

Qualifications and competencies:

  • Fresh graduate in Computer Science
  • Having one-year experience in in Mobile App Development is a plus
  • Professional Android development experience is a plus;
  • Advanced knowledge the Android SDK tools;
  • Good understanding Android app architecture use design patterns, stack UI back-end, including web and server-side integration through SOAP Web Services, Restful API and JSON;
  • Possess strong OOP Java skills;
  • Ability translate complex UX designs real UI interfaces; and
  • Familiarity with the popular Android libraries such as Dagger, RxJava, Retrofit, OkHttp, Picasso, Gson, etc.

VII.Core Banking Development Officer (២ តំណែង បម្រើការងារនៅ ភ្នំពេញ)

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible hands-on development with core banking and client-facing technology programming
  • Manage User requirements, functional specification, system testing, UAT and implementations
  • Support system R&D on existing features, new features and/or product test, and apply fixes/patches.
  • Producing MIS Report to support cross department
  • Work under supervision and report directly to IT Manager
  • Create user manual/guide, process flow and provide training to end user
  • Performing other tasks assigned by supervisors

Qualifications and competencies:

  • University Degree
  • 1 years’ experience in application development ideally in a banking or related systems experience
  • Well educated knowledge in programming language as: Java, JSP, CSS, HTML, jQuery, Bootstrap. Database (Oracle (PLSQL), SQL Server(T-SQL), MYSQL).
  • Willingness to learn new software systems.
  • Understanding of SDLC and Project Management
  • Basic knowledge of financial/accounting principles and banking operations.
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Strong commitment to work under pressure and ability to work independently in a team spirit

VIII.Senior Core Banking Development Officer (២ តំណែង បម្រើការងារនៅ ភ្នំពេញ)

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible hands-on development with core banking and client-facing technology programming
  • Responsible for server-side application and database development
  • Responsible for system analysis, design, documentation, development and support
  • Create compelling web specific user interfaces and experience
  • Manage User requirements, functional specification, system testing, UAT and implementations
  • Support system R&D on existing features, new features and/or product test, and apply fixes/patches.
  • Improvement on applications performance, documentation & security.
  • Create user manual/guide, process flow and provide training to end user
  • Performing other tasks assigned by supervisors

Qualifications and competencies:

  • University Degree;
  • 2 years’ experience in application development ideally in a banking or related systems experience
  • Well educated knowledge in programming language as: Java, JSP, CSS, HTML, jQuery, Bootstrap. Database (Oracle (PLSQL), SQL Server(T-SQL), MYSQL).
  • Well understanding of SDLC and Project Management
  • Good knowledge of financial/accounting principles and banking operations.
  • Willingness to learn new software systems.
  • Excellent technical writing/documentation skills, design system and analysis
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Strong commitment to work under pressure and ability to work independently in a team spirit

IX.Chief of Information Security Division (១ តំណែង បម្រើការងារនៅ ភ្នំពេញ)

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage IT security devices, policies, procedure to align with IT security standard best practice.
  • Regularly perform risk assessment and analysis
  • Ensure security appliances and network security devices are up to date.
  • Ensure end-point protection services requirement are in place.
  • Facilitate IT security awareness training curriculum
  • Assessing security vulnerabilities to ensure all vulnerabilities are remediated/mitigated
  • Planning and monitoring IT security status of the bank
  • Defining security requirement to support new services integrate with IT infrastructure
  • Security incidents handling and determine point of failure
  • Managing and maintaining user access matrix, restrict critical services/systems from an unauthorized access
  • Implementing and maintaining Antivirus server and client
  • Managing end-to-end for the investigation of information security violations and breaches

Qualifications and competencies:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent field;
  • Minimum 3 years experiences of Information Security or Cyber Security, preferably in Banking industry
  • Information security certified (CCNP security, CISSP, Security+, …) is highly recommended
  • Experience of managing Cisco ISE, Cisco Firewall, Fortinet Firewall, SD-WAN is desired
  • Experience of security risk assessment and penetration test is preferred
  • Good knowledge of network infrastructure (LAN, WAN), routing and switching
  • Hard working, honest
  • Can work under pressure
  • English proficiency in both verbal and written

X.CMS & Switching System Officer (១ តំណែង បម្រើការងារនៅ ភ្នំពេញ)

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Setup, maintenance any required system environments SIT, UAT, PRE-PROD, etc;
  • Ensure the system is updated as per the changes released by the card schemes
  • Ensure the backup environment (DR) and the production environment (DC) having the same configuration, setting, parameterizing and real-time synchronization
  • Assist in switching over exercise between DC and DR at least twice a year
  • Maintain and keep the Edit Package system as well as Visa Testing System (VTS) up-to-date
  • Ensure the acquiring BIN table is up to date as per released by the card scheme companies like Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay, JCB … etc.
  • Administrate on Card Management System (CMS), ensure the users and roles are well managed and performed user access review in every three months
  • Ensure credit card statements are generated and sent to the card holders on time
  • Manage system logs and keep in a safe location for internal/external purpose
  • Assist in new card scheme projects implementation (MasterCard, Union Pay, JCB ) and any other third-party integration projects
  • Provide supports to the call center or the business team
  • Performs troubleshooting as required such as efforts to leads problem-solving by involving outside vendors and other support users
  • Ensure PCI compliance as well as internal and external audit
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

Qualifications and competencies:

  • Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Cyber security, or equivalent field
  • 1 – 2 years of experience related to Card Management System and Switching System
  • Knowledge and experience in database management, Ms. SQL server and Oracle
  • Strong knowledge in programming languages, Vb.NET, Java, C#, PHP
  • Be proactive, good teamwork, and customer service orientation skill
  • Can work under pressure
  • Good command in English both spoken and written

XI.Vice Chief of CMS & Switching System Division (១ តំណែង បម្រើការងារនៅ ភ្នំពេញ)

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Administration of switching system, integrated system, Cambodia Shared Switch (CSS)
  • New card scheme projects implementation (MasterCard, Union Pay, JCB … etc.) and any other third-party integration projects.
  • Coordinate with vendor for project implementation and issue troubleshooting.
  • Manage and maintenance switching and testing system environments SIT, UAT, PRE-PROD, etc.
  • Administration of patch/fix management.
  • ATM machines and POS terminals implementation and maintenance.
  • Ensure PCI compliance as well as internal and external audit.
  • Monitor and prepare system performance report.
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

Qualifications and competencies:

  • Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Cyber security, or equivalent field;
  • 2-3 years of working experience related to Card Management System and Switching System and system projects implementation
  • Knowledge and experience in database management, Ms. SQL server and Oracle
  • Strong knowledge in programming languages, Vb.NET, Java, C#, PHP
  • Be proactive, good teamwork, and customer service orientation skill
  • Can work under pressure with different environment
  • Good command in English both speaking and writing

XII.CMS & Switching System Division (១ តំណែង បម្រើការងារនៅ ភ្នំពេញ)

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage new card scheme projects implementation (MasterCard, Union Pay, JCB, Cyber Source etc.) and any other third-party integration project.
  • Implement new NBC initiated projects (CSS POS/EMV, Bakong, Cross-border Payment, etc.).
  • Manage risk protection module (Way4 Risk module, Visa Risk Module/VbV and any other card scheme risk modules).
  • Implement new fast payment projects (Visa Tap and Pay, mVISA, and any other fast payment project developed by other card schemes).
  • Initiate ATM machines and POS terminals new technology functionalities.
  • Ensure PCI compliance as well as internal and external audit.
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

Qualifications and competencies:

  • Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Cyber security, or equivalent field
  • 4 years of working experience related to Card Management System and Switching System and system projects implementation
  • Knowledge and experience in database management, Ms. SQL server and Oracle
  • Strong knowledge in programming languages, Vb.NET, Java, C#, PHP
  • Be proactive and good teamwork and customer service orientation skill
  • Can work under pressure with different environment
  • English proficiency in both verbal and written
