ARDB is seeking for qualified candidates for various positions as the following:

I.CMS & Switching System Unit Manager (1 position based in PNP)

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Manage new card scheme projects implementation (MasterCard, Union Pay, JCB, Cyber Source etc.) and any other third-party integration project.
  • Implement new NBC initiated projects (CSS POS/EMV, Bakong, Cross-border Payment, etc.).
  • Manage risk protection module (Way4 Risk module, Visa Risk Module/VbV and any other card scheme risk modules).
  • Implement new fast payment projects (Visa Tap and Pay, mVISA, and any other fast payment project developed by other card schemes).
  • Initiate ATM machines and POS terminals new technology functionalities.
  • Ensure PCI compliance as well as internal and external audit.
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

Qualifications and competencies

  • Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Cyber security, or equivalent field
  • 4 years of working experience related to Card Management System and Switching System and system projects implementation
  • Knowledge and experience in database management, Ms. SQL server and Oracle
  • Strong knowledge in programming languages, Vb.NET, Java, C#, PHP
  • Be proactive and good teamwork and customer service orientation skill
  • Can work under pressure with different environment
  • English proficiency in both verbal and written

II.Core Banking Development Officer (2 positions based in PNP)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible hands-on development with core banking and client-facing technology programming
  • Manage User requirements, functional specification, system testing, UAT and implementations
  • Support system R&D on existing features, new features and/or product test, and apply fixes/patches.
  • Producing MIS Report to support cross department
  • Work under supervision and report directly to IT Manager
  • Create user manual/guide, process flow and provide training to end user
  • Performing other tasks assigned by supervisors

Qualifications and competencies

  • University Degree
  • 1 years’ experience in application development ideally in a banking or related systems experience
  • Well educated knowledge in programming language as: Java, JSP, CSS, HTML, jQuery, Bootstrap. Database (Oracle (PLSQL), SQL Server(T-SQL), MYSQL).
  • Willingness to learn new software systems.
  • Understanding of SDLC and Project Management
  • Basic knowledge of financial/accounting principles and banking operations.
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Strong commitment to work under pressure and ability to work independently in a team spirit

III.Reporting Development Officer (1 position based in PNP)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensuring BIP report is available and can response to RDB business requirements;
  • Closely coordinate with software vendor to resolve system problems caused by users, and software;
  • Creating new branches, products, features in Core System up on request;
  • Developing report of core banking system in BIP;
  • Controlling access permissions and privileges to BIP;
  • Fix bugs of report raised by customers or by the teams; and
  • Communicating with managers and other team members.

Qualifications and competencies

  • Fresh graduate in Computer Science
  • Having one-year experience in Reporting​​ is a plus;
  • Good knowledge of SQL statement, PL/SQL programming;
  • Working knowledge and/or experience develop reporting;
  • Experience with Core Banking System is a plus; and
  • Good knowledge of financial/accounting principles and banking operations

IV.Core Banking System Management Officer (1 position based in PNP)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensuring Core banking system is available and can response to RDB business requirements;
  • Closely coordinate with software vendor to resolve system problems caused by users, and software;
  • Creating new branches, products, features in Core System up on request;
  • Controlling access permissions and privileges to Core banking system;
  • Supporting system on existing features, new features and/or product test, UAT, FAT, and apply fixes/patches;
  • Providing system training and support to Head Office, Mobile Unit;
  • Fix bugs raised by customers or by the teams; and
  • Backup and Restore database.

Qualifications and competencies

  • Fresh graduate in Computer Science;
  • Having one-year experience in Core Banking System​​ is a plus;
  • Good knowledge of SQL statement, PL/SQL Language;
  • Working knowledge and/or experience of web-service/API, XML files & Oracle database;
  • Good knowledge of financial/accounting principles and banking operations;
  • Execution of End of Day, End of Month and End of Year procedures; if necessary change time to night shift, Must to obey the Night Shift rule.

V.Mobile Development Officer (2 positions based in PNP)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reading and analyzing functional specifications provided by customers;
  • Proven software development experience and Android skills development;
  • Proven working experience in Android app development;
  • Have published at least one original Android app;
  • Experience with Android SDK;
  • Fix bugs raised by customers or by the teams; and
  • Communicate with managers and other team members.

Qualifications and competencies

  • Fresh graduate in Computer Science
  • Having one-year experience in in Mobile App Development is a plus
  • Professional Android development experience is a plus;
  • Advanced knowledge the Android SDK tools;
  • Good understanding Android app architecture use design patterns, stack UI back-end, including web and server-side integration through SOAP Web Services, Restful API and JSON;
  • Possess strong OOP Java skills;
  • Ability translate complex UX designs real UI interfaces; and
  • Familiarity with the popular Android libraries such as Dagger, RxJava, Retrofit, OkHttp, Picasso, Gson, etc.
