Administrative and Relation Officer

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Organize department’s administrative task and other administrative documents
  • Ensure green finance implementation and documentation in accordance with policy
  • Participate in preparing progress reports on green loan portfolio and other related reports
  • Gather updated information such as Decision, policy, and other relevant information
  • Participate in preparing the budget plan for department
  • Submit the past due case to the department, unit or working group in charge of collecting bad debt
  • Collaborating with the Department of Business and Strategic Development to prepare and implement strategic business plans, research, and customer surveys on the quality of green loan products and banking services.
  • Preparing the loan documents depending on the check list to ensure sufficiency, correctness, and order before proceeding the withdrawal procedure, filing and/or sending to the relevant departments
  • Register all in-out documents of the Green Finance Department and follow up the distribution of those documents
  • Manage the inventory for department
  • Enter data and download files from Credit Bureau of Cambodia (CBC)
  • Keep customer credit files and other documents secured and easy to access information
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the head of department.
Qualifications and competencies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration and equivalent
  • Experience in administration, Accounting and Finance
  • Microsoft office (Ms. Words, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Internet and E-mail
  • English (writing, reading, listening, and speaking).
  • Prepare administrative, accounting, and financial documents
  • Understand other regulations related to banking and finance
  • Problem solving skill
  • Environmental, social and governance (ESG) awareness (more advantage)
  • Integrity and impartiality

Salary and other benefits

  • Appropriate salary according to the labor market
