- What is a Consumer Complaint ?
A consumer complaint is dissatisfied expression of consumer who is a natural person and use ARDB’s service, product or personality of ARDB’s employees.
- How many types of consumer complaints ?
There are two types of customer complaints:
- Oral Complaint and
- Written complaint.
- The requirement for submitting a complaint:
A. Shall fill in the personal information contact
B. Description of the complaint
C. Proof of complaint.
* Note: All information and documents of consumer are Kept strictly confidential and are used for resolving purpose only.
- Consumers can use option to file a complaint as following:
A. Headquarters: Building 9-13, Street 7, Sangkat Chaktomuk, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh
- Complaint box at ARDB
- Consumer service staff .
