  1. What is a Consumer Complaint ?
    A consumer complaint is dissatisfied expression of consumer who is a natural person and use ARDB’s service, product or personality of ARDB’s employees.
  2. How many types of consumer complaints ?
    There are two types of customer complaints:

    • Oral Complaint and
    • Written complaint.
  3. The requirement for submitting a complaint:
    A. Shall fill in the personal information contact
    B. Description of the complaint
    C. Proof of complaint.
    * Note: All information and documents of consumer are Kept strictly confidential and are used for resolving purpose only.
  4. Consumers can use option to file a complaint as following:
    A. Headquarters: Building 9-13, Street 7, Sangkat Chaktomuk, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh

    • Complaint box at ARDB
    • Consumer service staff .

    * Complaint Received time : Every working day, from Monday to Friday at 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
