Key Duties and Responsibilities
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- ពិនិត្យ និងអនុម័តលើរាល់ឯកសារហិរញ្ញប្បទានពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ដូចជា Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee និង Import/Export Bills ជាដើម។
- ធានាថាប្រតិបត្តិការផ្ទេរប្រាក់អន្តរជាតិទាំងអស់ត្រូវបានអនុវត្តដោយត្រឹមត្រូវ ច្បាស់លាស់ និងទាន់ពេលវេលា។
- ទំនាក់ទំនង និងសម្របសម្រួលជាមួយអតិថិជនសាជីវកម្ម និងធនាគារឆ្លើយឆ្លង (Correspondent Banks) ដើម្បីដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រតិបត្តិការផ្សេងៗ។
- ត្រួតពិនិត្យការអនុវត្តឱ្យបានម៉ឺងម៉ាត់នូវគោលការណ៍ AML/KYC, Sanction Screening និងគ្រប់គ្រងហានិភ័យប្រតិបត្តិការ។
- ធានាការរក្សាទុកឯកសារ និងទិន្នន័យឱ្យបានសុវត្ថិភាពតាមលំដាប់លំដោយ និងងាយស្រួលស្វែងរក។
- រៀបចំ និងផ្តល់ឯកសារចាំបាច់សម្រាប់សវនកម្មផ្ទៃក្នុង និងការត្រួតពិនិត្យពីអាជ្ញាធរពាក់ព័ន្ធ (NBC)។
- ចូលរួមផ្តល់យោបល់ក្នុងការធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពនីតិវិធីការងារ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រព័ន្ធ (SWIFT, Core Banking) ដើម្បីបង្កើនប្រសិទ្ធភាព។
- បង្កើតវិធានស្តង់ដារថ្មីៗ ដើម្បីកាត់បន្ថយហានិភ័យ និងចំណាយពេលវេលា។
- រៀបចំរបាយការណ៍ប្រតិបត្តិការប្រចាំខែ ត្រីមាស និងឆ្នាំ ជូនថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ។
- ត្រួតពិនិត្យ និងផ្តល់ការណែនាំដល់បុគ្គលិកលើការងារផ្នែក LC, Bank Guarantee, Standby LC, Documentary Collection, Remittance (Inward/Outward) និងប្រព័ន្ធ SWIFT។
- ផ្តល់ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាល បំពេញជំនាញបន្ថែម និងជួយដោះស្រាយករណីស្មុគស្មាញនានាជូនក្រុមការងារ។
- រៀបចំផែនការងារប្រចាំថ្ងៃ និងតាមដានវាយតម្លៃសមិទ្ធផលការងាររបស់បុគ្គលិកឱ្យបានទៀងទាត់។
Qualifications and competencies
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- កម្រិតវប្បធម៌៖ បរិញ្ញាបត្រ ឬបរិញ្ញាបត្រជាន់ខ្ពស់ ផ្នែកធនាគារ ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ សេដ្ឋកិច្ច ឬជំនាញពាក់ព័ន្ធ។
- បទពិសោធន៍៖ មានបទពិសោធន៍យ៉ាងតិច ៥-៧ ឆ្នាំ ក្នុងផ្នែក Trade Finance ឬ International Remittance (បទពិសោធន៍ក្នុងកម្រិតគ្រប់គ្រងកាន់តែប្រសើរ)។
- ចំណេះដឹងជំនាញ៖ យល់ដឹងច្បាស់ពីច្បាប់ពាណិជ្ជកម្មអន្តរជាតិ (UCP 600, ISBP, URC 522, URDG ជាដើម)។
- មានជំនាញច្បាស់លាស់លើការប្រើប្រាស់ប្រព័ន្ធ SWIFT និង Core Banking។
- អាចប្រើប្រាស់ភាសាអង់គ្លេសបានស្ទាត់ជំនាញ (ទាំងការនិយាយ និងការសរសេរឯកសារបច្ចេកទេស)។
- មានភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ ហ្មត់ចត់ ច្បាស់លាស់ និងអាចធ្វើការងារក្រោមសម្ពាធបាន។
Salary and other benefits
- Appropriate salary according to the labor market
