• Develop and maintain in-house systems and other applications as requested.
• Work in highly collaborative teams to build high-quality code.
• Develop software application solutions of intermediate to complex complexity for assigned projects.
• Code, test, debug, and document application systems to meet client requirements and identify system needs.
• Design, develop, and test software for new products and ongoing maintenance projects.
• Investigate issues and provide support for production systems.
• Coordinate with development team members such as designers and programmers.
• Create application prototypes for user testing and gather feedback on design and functionality.
• Review technical documentation (user manuals, installation guides) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Perform quality assurance testing on applications to identify bugs or issues that need fixing.
• Collaborate with IT staff on projects involving multiple departments.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Java application development, ideally in banking or related systems.
• Strong technical knowledge in programming languages and frameworks: Java, JSP, CSS, HTML, jQuery, Bootstrap.
• Proficient in databases: Oracle (PL/SQL), SQL Server (T-SQL), MySQL; experience with REST API, SOAP, and web services.
• Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and project management principles.
• Good knowledge of financial/accounting principles and banking operations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong listening ability, patience, and reporting skills.
• Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and system design analysis.
• Strong commitment to working under pressure and ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration.
• Willingness to learn new software systems and technologies
