Key Duties and Responsibilities

- អភិវឌ្ឍន៍ផលិតផល និងសេវាកម្មរបស់ធនាគារ
- សហការជាមួយនាយកដ្ឋានពាក់ព័ន្ធក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍផលិតផល និងសេវាកម្ម
- ពិនិត្យ និងតាមដាននិន្នាការវិវត្តនៃវិស័យធនាគារ ផលិតផល និងសេវាកម្ម ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ក្នុងប្រទេស តំបន់ និងសកល
- សិក្សា ពិនិត្យ ធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាព ផលិតផល និងសេវាកម្មរបស់ធនាគារឱ្យស្របតាមតម្រូវការទីផ្សារ និងចងក្រងឯកសារពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងផលិតផល និងសេវាកម្ម
- រៀបចំ Term & Condition របស់ផលិតផល និងសេវាកម្មរបស់ធនាគារ
- បំពេញភារកិច្ចផ្សេងទៀត តាមការប្រគល់ជូនរបស់ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាន។
Qualifications and competencies
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- កម្រិតវប្បធម៌៖ បរិញ្ញាបត្រផ្នែក ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងធនាគារ និងសញ្ញាបត្រដែលមានតម្លៃស្មើ ឬប្រហាក់ប្រហែល។
- មានបទពិសោធន៍ផ្នែកអភិវឌ្ឍន៍អាជីវកម្ម និងផលិតផល យ៉ាងតិច ២ឆ្នាំ
- មានសមត្ថភាពស្រាវជ្រាវការវិវត្តនៃវិស័យសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ធនាគារ និងវិស័យផ្សេងៗ
- មានសមត្ថភាពក្នុងការរៀបចំផលិតផល និងសេវាកម្មរបស់ធនាគារ
- ស្ទាត់ជំនាញភាសារខ្មែរ និងភាសារអង់គ្លេស
- ចេះប្រើប្រាស់កម្មវិធី Microsoft Office-Microsoft Word- PowerPoint និង SPSS
- មានជំនាញក្នុងការវិភាគ ផ្តួចផ្តើម និងច្នៃប្រឌិត
- មានជំនាញក្នុងការគ្រប់គ្រង ស្រាវជ្រាវ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍។
Salary and other benefits
- Appropriate salary according to the labor market
