PROJECT OVERVIEW
Agriculture Services Program for an Inclusive Rural Economy and Agricultural Trade (ASPIRE-AT) is a government initiative of the Kingdom of Cambodia (GoKC), implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF), and jointly financed by the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), the European Investment Bank (EIB), and the Royal Government of Cambodia.
The objective of ASPIRE-AT is to promote inclusive and sustainable growth in the agriculture sector, driven by both export and domestic markets, ultimately increasing the incomes of rural producers and workers.
The Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) has been selected as the financial institution partner responsible for providing loans and grants to project beneficiaries. Target commodities include native chicken, vegetables, maize, cashew nuts, pepper, fresh fruit, and fruit for export.
The project is being implemented over a seven-year period (2023–2029) and covers 21 provinces across Cambodia, including: Battambang, Pailin, Banteay Meanchey, Siem Reap, Kratie, Kampong Cham, Tboung Khmum, Kampong Thom, Ratanakiri, Stung Treng, Preah Vihear, Oddar Meanchey, Kampot, Preah Sihanouk, Kampong Speu, Kampong Chhnang, Pursat, Prey Veng, Svay Rieng, Kandal, and Takeo.

- Income-Expense information and business plan, and
- Other required documents, as necessary
