Key Duties and Responsibilities
- ចូលរួមរៀបចំផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រលក់ផលិតផល និងសេវាកម្មប្រចាំឆ្នាំ
- អនុវត្តផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រលក់ផលិតផល និងសេវាកម្ម ដើម្បីសម្រេចបានតាមគោលដៅ
- សហការជាមួយអន្តរនាយកដ្ឋានក្នុងការផ្សព្វផ្សាយជំរុញការលក់ផលិតផល និងសេវាកម្មដល់អតិថិជនសក្តានុពល
- រៀបចំវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាល និងរៀបចំផែនការដល់មន្រ្តីស្ថិតក្នុងផ្នែកលក់
- ចូលរួមរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលា ឬព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ផ្សព្វផ្សាយផលិតផល និងសេវាកម្ម តាមតំបន់គោលដៅ
- បង្កើត អភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងធ្វើការទំនាក់ទំនងល្អដើម្បីថែរក្សាអតិថិជន
- ធ្វើការទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយអតិថិជនដើម្បីផ្សព្វផ្សាយលក់តាមរយៈទូរស័ព្ទ និងតាមមធ្យោបាយផ្សេងៗ
- ដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាជូនអតិថិជនទាន់ពេលវេលា ដើម្បីផ្តល់ភាពពេញចិត្តដល់អតិថិជនលើផលិតផល និងសេវាកម្មរបស់ធនាគារ ARDB
- វិភាគ និងធ្វើរបាយកាណ៍លក់ប្រចាំសប្តាហ៍/ប្រចាំខែ ជូនប្រធានការិយាល័យ
- គ្រប់គ្រងការផ្តល់សេវាកម្ម និងធ្វើរបាយការណ៍ពីតម្រូវការរបស់អតិថិជន បញ្ហា ចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍ ភាពប្រកួតប្រជែង សក្តានុពលទីផ្សារសម្រាប់ផលិតផល និងសេវាកម្មថ្មីៗ របស់ធនាគារ
- បំពេញភារកិច្ចផ្សេងទៀត តាមការប្រគល់ជូនរបស់ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាន។
Qualifications and competencies
- មានកម្រិតសិក្សាថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រ, ផ្នែកទីផ្សារ, ផ្នែកហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងធនាគារ, ការគ្រប់គ្រងអាជីវកម្ម ឬសញ្ញាបត្រដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ
- មានបទពិសោធន៍ផ្នែកលក់ និងទីផ្សារ យ៉ាងតិច ៣ឆ្នាំ
- មានជំនាញក្នុងការច្នៃប្រឌិត និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយលក់
- មានសមត្ថភាពក្នុងការរៀបចំផលិតផល និងសេវាកម្មរបស់ធនាគារ
- មានជំនាញក្នុងការសម្របសម្រួល និងទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយអតិថិជន
- ស្ទាត់ជំនាញភាសារខ្មែរ និងភាសារអង់គ្លេស
- ចេះប្រើប្រាស់កម្មវិធី Microsoft Office-Microsoft Word- PowerPoint និង SPSS
- មានជំនាញក្នុងការវិភាគ ផ្តួចផ្តើម និងច្នៃប្រឌិត
- មានជំនាញក្នុងការសម្របសម្រួល និងទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយអតិថិជន។
Salary and other benefits
- Appropriate salary according to the labor market
- Annual salary increase, good performance bonus, seniority bonus
