Key Duties and Responsibilities
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- សិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវ និងផ្តល់យោបល់ជូនប្រធានអំពីការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍យុទ្ធសាស្រ្តអាជីវកម្ម និងផលិផលថ្មី។
- សិក្សា វាយតម្លៃផលិតផលដែលមានស្រាប់ ដើម្បីកែលម្អអោយស្របតាមតម្រូវការអតិថិជន និងនិន្នាការទីផ្សារ។
- ចូលរួមរៀបចំផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត៣ ឆ្នាំ រំកិល សម្រាប់ធនាគារ។
- សម្របសម្រួលរៀបចំរបាយការប្រចាំឆ្នាំរបស់ធនាគារ ស្របតាមបទបញ្ញតិធនាគារជាតិ។
- សិក្សាប្រមូលទិន្នន័យដើម្បីវិភាគនិន្នាការឧស្សាហកម្មដែលកំពុងរីកចម្រើន លក្ខខណ្ឌសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងការគំរាមកំហែង ការប្រកួតប្រជែង ដើម្បីរៀបចំផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រអាជីវកម្ម។
- សម្របសម្រួល លើការតាមដាន វាយតម្លៃ និងធ្វើការវិភាគលទ្ធផល នៃការអនុវត្តផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តអាជីវកម្ម។
- សិក្សាពីបច្ចេកវិទ្យាធនាគារឌីជីថល ដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តអាជីវកម្ម ស្របតាមគោលដៅរបស់ធនាគារ។
- ផ្តួចផ្តើមគំនិតយុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត ធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងនូវប្រតិបត្តិការធនាគារ និងបណ្តាញសាខា ដើម្បីបង្កើនប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងការពេញចិត្តដល់អតិថិជន។
- ធ្វើការទំនាក់ទំនង និងសហការជាមួយនាយកដ្ឋានផ្សេងៗ ដើម្បីធានាបានការអនុវត្តយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រអាជីវកម្ម មានប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់។
- បំពេញភារកិច្ចផ្សេងទៀត តាមការប្រគល់ជូនរបស់ប្រធានការិយាល័យ។
Qualifications and competencies
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- ត្រូវមានកម្រិតវប្បធម៌បរិញ្ញាប័ត្រផ្នែកធនាគារនិងហិញ្ញវត្ថុ និងបរិញ្ញាប័ត្រដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ ឬ បរិញ្ញាប័ត្រជាន់ខ្ពស់ដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ
- មានបទពិសោធន៍យ៉ាងតិច៥ ឆ្នាំក្នុងជំនាញដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ។
- ភាសាអង់គ្លេសអាចប្រើការបានទាំងការអាន សរសេរនិងនិយាយ
- ចេះប្រើប្រាស់កម្មវិធី Microsoft office ,Word and Excel, Email
- មានជំនាញក្នុងការច្នៃប្រឌិត ដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍អាជីវកម្ម និងផលិតផលថ្មី
- មានជំនាញក្នុងការសម្របសម្រួល ទំនាក់ទំនង និងគ្រប់គ្រង
- ស្មោះត្រង់ អំណត់ និងហ្មត់ចត់ក្នុងការងារ
- ស្វាហាប់ ក្លាហាន រួសរាយរាក់ទាក់
Salary and other benefits
- Appropriate salary according to the labor market
- Annual salary increase, good performance bonus, seniority bonus
- Receive allowance for childbirth of employee or employee's wife
- Receive other allowances on health, education, capacity building, uniforms, daily meals, overtime, etc.
