Key Duties and Responsibilities

- ផ្ដួចផ្ដើមស្រាវជ្រាវ និងអភិវឌ្ឍគម្រោងថ្មីៗពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងវិស័យកសិកម្ម ដើម្បីរួមចំណែកលើកកម្ពស់
សេដ្ឋកិច្ចជនបទ - ប្រមូលទិន្នន័យពាក់ព័ន្ធដើម្បីវិភាគ និងរៀបចំឯកសារគម្រោង
- រៀបចំយន្តការអនុវត្តជាមួយដៃគូ និងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធក្នុងគម្រោង
- ផ្សព្វផ្សាយគម្រោងជូនដល់កសិករ ឬសហគមន៍ក្នុងតំបន់គោលដៅដើម្បីចូលរួមអនុវត្ត
- តាមដានការអនុវត្តគម្រោងស្របតាមគោលដៅគម្រោងប្រចាំខែ ឬតាមការចាំបាច់
- វាយតម្លៃគម្រោងប្រចាំឆមាស ប្រចាំឆ្នាំ ឬតាមការចាំបាច់
- រៀបចំចងក្រងអំពីលទ្ធផលជោគជ័យនៃការអនុវត្តគម្រោង
- រៀបចំការផ្សព្វផ្សាយគន្លឹះសំខាន់ៗនៃគម្រោងជូនដល់ដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍជាតិ-អន្តរជាតិ
- រៀបចំរបាយការណ៍វឌ្ឍនភាពប្រចាំខែ ត្រីមាស ឆមាស និងប្រចាំឆ្នាំជូនថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ
- បំពេញភារកិច្ចផ្សេងទៀត តាមការប្រគល់របស់ប្រធានអង្គភាព និងអគ្គនាយករង។
Qualifications and competencies
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- បរិញ្ញាបត្រផ្នែកសេដ្ឋកិច្ចកសិកម្ម, ការគ្រប់គ្រងគម្រោង, ធនាគារ និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ឬសញ្ញាបត្រពាក់ព័ន្ធ
- ទើបបញ្ចប់បរិញ្ញាបត្រ ឬមានបទពិសោធន៍កាន់តែប្រសើរ
- ស្ទាត់ជំនាញក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់ភាសាខ្មែរ និងភាសាអង់គ្លេស
- អាចប្រើប្រាស់កម្មវិធី Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,Power Point) និង SPSS, Stata or E-view
- មានភាពស្មោះត្រង់, ទំនាក់ទំនងល្អ និងចេះធ្វើការងារជាក្រុម
- មានភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ និងមានទំនួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់
- មានការអភិវឌ្ឍសមត្ថភាពជាប្រចាំ
- មានភាពក្លាហាន និងភាពអត់ធ្មត់ក្នុងការងារ។
Salary and other benefits
- Appropriate salary according to the labor market
- Annual salary increase, good performance bonus, seniority bonus
