Phnom Penh, April 24, 2025: With the honored permission of H.E. Dr. KAO Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Chief Executive Officer of Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), H.E. CHAN Seyha, Deputy CEO of ARDB, accompanied by his colleagues, joined a meeting with representatives from the International Rice Research Institute (IRRI). The meeting aimed to discuss collaborative efforts to support the development of agricultural value chains and enhance agricultural productivity, with a particular focus on rice cultivation, through the adoption of innovative technologies and techniques.
