Muscat, Oman: On the morning of April 24, 2025, H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Chief Executive Officer of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) and Chairman of the Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and the Pacific (ADFIAP), led the 98th ADFIAP Board of Directors Meeting at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Muscat, Oman, to discuss key agenda items relevant to the strategic direction and future course of the association.
