Phnom Penh: H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government in Charge as CEO of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) led management meeting with relevant departments to review and discuss on the performance of ARDB in 2025 and the draft annual budget plan 2026 of ARDB, and discuss other agenda items.
