H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, Chairman of ADFIAP and Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Chief Executive Officer of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), led the 99th ADFIAP Board of Directors Meeting.

Macao, China: On the morning of October 22, 2025, H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, Chairman of the Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and the Pacific (ADFIAP) and Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Chief Executive Officer of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), led the 99th ADFIAP Board of Directors Meeting at the Wynn Macau Hotel in Macao, China, to discuss two key agenda items which were: (1) to review the work progress of ADFIAP and (2) to set strategic directions for future implementation. As a result, H.E. Dr. Kao Thach had highly evaluated the work progress of ADFIAP, especially the ADFIAP Secretariat, and put in place several initiatives to foster the participation of the members towards sustainable growth
