The Agricultural and Rural Development Bank participated as panelists at the ADFIAP-AADFI Joint International CEO Forum 2025
Macao, China: On the afternoon of October 22, 2025, with the approval of H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, Chairman of the Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and the Pacific (ADFIAP) and Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Chief Executive Officer of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) participated as panelists in the session: “Special Interest Groups.” During this session discussion, the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) presented two roadmaps of the research which include: Special Interest Group in Sustainable Finance and Special Interest Group in Agriculture and Food Security. The Special Interest Groups is a new initiation, introduced by H.E. Dr. Kao Thach and endorsed by the ADFIAP Board of Directors. This special interest group aims to produce regional research studies in response to various regional challenges by providing policy recommendations and best practice at country-level across the region.
The Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) has contributed in the Special Interest Group by taking on the role of coordinating the overall research study (establishing a Focal Team), and contributing human resources who are members of the research working group of the Akkak Pundit Sapheacha Aun Pornmoniroth Center for Policy Studies and Training (APM Center), as well as the working group of the Center of Excellence for Research on Green Finance for the Agriculture Sector of the Asia-Pacific Rural and Agricultural Credit Association (ACE-GFA) of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank.
