Phnom Penh: The Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) organized its 9th Meeting of the Mandate 9, to review, discuss and approve ARDB’s drafted Budget Plan for 2026, Draft Credit Policy under the Cambodia Climate Finance Facility (CCFF) and other agenda items.
The meeting is presided over by H.E. Ros Seilava, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Chairman of ARDB’s Board of Directors, on November 13, 2025.
