H.E. Dr. Kao Thach facilitated the meeting between the Arukah Company, the representatives from the Cambodia Rice Federation (CRF), Rice Millers and Rice export companies.
Phnom Penh: H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government in Charge as CEO of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) facilitated the meeting between the Arukah Company, representatives from the Cambodia Rice Federation (CRF), Rice Millers and Rice export companies to discuss on (1) potential collaboration between Arukah Company and rice mills on rice husk biochar projects aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions, minimizing agricultural waste, and creating carbon credit market opportunities and (2) challenges and emerging opportunities to promote the sustainable development of Cambodia’s rice sector.
This Meeting was held on the Morning of February 5, 2026, at ARDB HQ.
