ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត កៅ ថាច បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំសំណេះសំណាលជាមួយបុគ្គលិកប្រចាំឆមាសទី១ឆ្នាំ២០២៥នៃធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ និងកសិកម្ម ភ្នំពេញ៖ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត កៅ ថាច ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលទទួលបន្ទុកជាអគ្គនាយកធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទនិងកសិកម្ម(ARDB) នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៤ខែកក្កដាឆ្នាំ២០២៥នេះ បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំសំណេះសំណាលជាមួយបុគ្គលិកប្រចាំឆមាសទី១ឆ្នាំ២០២៥នៃធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទនិងកសិកម្ម ដែលរៀបចំឡើងនៅទីស្នាក់ការកណ្តាលនៃធនាគារ ARDBស្ថិតនៅសង្កាត់ព្រែកលៀប ខណ្ឌជ្រោយចង្វារ រាជធានីភ្នំពេញមានអ្នកចូលរួមដោយផ្ទាល់ និងតាមរយៈអនឡាញសរុបចំនួន ៣១៥នាក់។ នៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំនោះមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីអគ្គនាយករង ប្រធាន អនុប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាន ប្រធានការិយាល័យ អនុប្រធានការិយាល័យ និងបុគ្គលិកសាខាចល័តតាមបណ្តាខេត្ត។ លោកស្រី អ៉ឹង​ ពិសិដ្ឋណាលីន ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានធនធានមនុស្សនៃធនាគារARDB បានជម្រាបជូនពីភាពរីកចម្រើនរបស់ធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ និងកសិកម្មលោកស្រីថាឆ្នាំ២០១៤យើងមានបុគ្គលិកចំនួន៦៧នាក់ ហើយនៅឆ្នាំ២០២៥​យើងមានបុគ្គលិករហូតដល់៣៩៣នាក់។ លោកស្រីលើកឡើងថាការរីកចម្រើននេះអាស្រ័យដោយធនាគារARDBមានថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំដែលមានគោលដៅ និងយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តច្បាស់លាស់ រួមនឹងបុគ្គលិកដែលពោរពេញដោយសមត្ថភាព ជំនាញនិងមានភាពទន់ភ្លន់ក្នុងការបំពេញការងារ។ មានប្រសាសន៍សំណេះសំណាលជាមួយបុគ្គលិកនាឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត កៅ ថាច បានវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ ចំពោះកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងរបស់បុគ្គលិកគ្រប់ជាន់ថ្នាក់ទាំងអស់ ដែលបានខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងបំពេញការងារនិងភារកិច្ចយ៉ាងសកម្ម និងអស់ពីសមត្ថភាពបម្រើដល់ធនាគារ ARDB ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិតគូសបញ្ជាក់ថាយ៉ាងណាយើងចង់ឱ្យសំពៀតឥណទានមានការកើនឡើងរហូតដល់១០០០ លានដុល្លារ។ ហើយលើសពីនេះធនាគារARDBក៏បានចូលរួមក្នុងសកម្មភាពជាលក្ខណៈអន្តរជាតិនិងមានការទទួលស្គាល់នៅក្នុងតំបន់អាស៊ីប៉ាស៊ីហ្វិកផងដែរ។ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនេះ ដែរឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិតប្រតិភូសូមលើកទឹកចិត្តឲ្យបុគ្គលិកទាំងអស់ត្រូវបន្តខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពបន្ថែមទៀត ប្រកបដោយគុណធម៌ សីលធម៌ សុជីវធម៌ និងគោរពវិន័យឲ្យបានជាប់ជាប្រចាំផងដែរ។
