Creating a turban of each entrepreneur is not only for profit but an active participation in nation building especially an investment for the future

Kampong Thom province: H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, the government delegate in charge of the CEO of ARDB Bank on the afternoon of July 10, 2025, has come to give a speech and presentation at the seminar on innovation and direction of investment for the future, which is co-organized by the Association of Young Entrepreneurs of Cambodia and Youth Central Party, Young Entrepreneurs Division and supported by ARDB Bank.

This program is invited by H.E. Noun Paroth, Governor of Kampong Thom Provincial Board, H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, Government Representative, General Director of Rural and Agriculture Development Bank and Central Committee Member and Central Committee Youth Member of the Central Party; H.E.Nuth Unvanra, Deputy Secretary General of the Cambodia Investment Committee of Cambodia Development Council and Central Committee Member of the Central Committee and Youth Member of the Kampong Party. Tal, H.E. Dr. Chieng Vanmonind, government delegate in charge of the Khmer Entrepreneur’s CEO and H.E. Pech Bolen, president of Cambodia Young Entrepreneurs Association.

In the workshop, H.E. Dr. Kao Thach said that in today’s workshop organized by the Cambodia Young Entrepreneurs Association and Middle Class Party Youth Entrepreneurs is very important and relevant to the current situation. H.E. Dr. expressed his appreciation to the Young Entrepreneurs Association for organizing this workshop while the global economy is in turmoil and Cambodia’s economy is also recovering, which is an indicator of participation to boost the local economy.

For H.E. Dr. said entrepreneurs are not only establishing businesses but also fulfilling their duties to contribute towards nation building especially green business creation and green economy etc.

After the key recommendation of H.E. Dr. Kao Thach to young entrepreneurs, H.E. Pech Bolen has given a speech and organized a post-poll discussion on the topic of innovation and direction of investment for the future, as well as contribute to the development of the society.

For H.E. Dr. Kao Thach said that if we look at the reality, Cambodia continues to maintain a good balance despite the uncertainty of the global economic situation and the growth of agriculture is supported with some sub-sectors such as rice cultivation, mango cultivation, rubber cultivation and potato cultivation etc.

Meanwhile, H.E. Dr. reminded that the agriculture sector is currently practicing modern agriculture using new technologies and achieving high yields in a vision of sustainable agriculture and ensuring economic environment through obtaining special financial support from the government.

After the intervention of H.E. Dr. Kao Thach in the discussion, H.E. Nut Unvunra and

H.E. Dr. Chieng Vanmounind, moderated by H.E. Pech Bolen, gave a speech about the Cambodia’s economic situation, challenges and new opportunities for young entrepreneurs to invest for the future as well.

For H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, on behalf of the Bank for Rural Development and Agriculture, has provided several perspectives for the future of innovation and investment directions i.e. 1. Human Capital 2. Agricultural Revolution 3. Infrastructure Technology 4. Environmental Sustainability 5. Institutional Capacity Building, preparation for new business opportunities to contribute to the development of the whole national economic society.

In addition, His Excellency recommended that the establishment of the turban of each entrepreneur is not only a waste of profit but an active participation in nation building especially an investment into the future.
