Phnom Penh: At the headquarters of the Ministry of Agriculture, Hunting and Fisheries, on Thursday afternoon, July 10, 2025, with the high permission from H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, the Government Delegation in charge of the General Director of the Development Bank (ARDB), H.E. Chan Seyha, Deputy Director and Associates, attended the ceremony of signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Ministry of Agriculture and Fishing, Developer Bank Tracks and Agriculture (ARDB), and Cambodia Credit Guarantee Corporation (CGCC) under His Highness H.E. Dit Tina, Minister of Agriculture, Hunting and Fisheries, and in attendance are Secretary of State, Deputy Secretary, Director General of Cambodia Credit Corporation, Senior Leaders of Overseas Commercial Bank of Cambodia, as well as many other carriers.
The signing ceremony of the MoU was organized to provide a partnership framework between the Ministry of Agriculture, Hunting and Fisheries, ARDB Bank, and the CGCC to engage in elevating the lending to support the production processes of modern agricultural communities in the Kingdom of Cambodia with the assurance of credit from the CGCC in accordance with the implementation of the 1st phase of the 7th term government of the Parliament under the supervision. The wise and energetic leadership of His Excellency Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
