The Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank’s (ARDB) organized its 5th Extraordinary Meeting of the 9th Mandate, to review and discuss: the implementation process of the first tranche of the Cambodia Climate Financing Facility (CCFF) program under the Green Climate Fund (GCF) project and other agendas.
The meeting was held at the ARDB Headquarter and Via Zoom (Hybrid Zoom Meeting), presided over by H.E. Ros Seilava, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Chairman of ARDB’s Board of Directors on the afternoon of August 12, 2025.
