Phnom Penh: Upon receiving approval from H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government in Charge as CEO of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), H.E Ban Lim, Deputy CEO of ARDB, accompanied by his colleagues, chaired a meeting with ICBC representatives to discuss potential collaboration to promote investment in the agricultural sector and green businesses.
