H.E. Dr. KAO Thach and Colleagues allowed the representatives of KASEN Group to meet and discuss.

Phnom Penh: H.E. Dr. KAO Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Chief Executive Officer of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), together with his colleagues allowed the representatives of KASEN Group, a company headquartered in Hong Kong, China to meet and discuss on the exploring investment opportunities in agricultural product processing and agro-industry, green energy production from biomass, as well as potential cooperation between ARDB and KASEN Group to examine the feasibility of establishing the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) clusters related to the processing of several key agricultural products. Meanwhile, the Group owns two Special Economic Zones, located in Koh Kong Province and Preah Sihanouk Province, which are potential areas and full of experiences, particularly, Koh Kong Zhejiang Special Economic Zone which expertised in Economic Zone management.

The Meeting was held on the Morning of February 12, 2026, at ARDB HQ.
