Phnom Penh: H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government in Charge as CEO of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), presided over a discussion meeting with the research working group of the Akkak Pundit Sapheachar Aun Pornmoniroth Center for Policy Studies and Training (APM Center) and the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank APRACA Center of Excellence-Green Finance to Agriculture (ARDB ACE-GFA Center). On this occasion, H.E. highlighted the importance of research in contributing to the resolution of various societal issues, as the social context has been and continues to evolve.
Building on past achievements, he underscored the crucial role of the research working groups of both centers in fulfilling their role to establish a strong platform for the dissemination of research findings, particularly in the agricultural sector.
