The ARDB Project Team participated in a meeting with the mission team from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) to review the progress of project implementation and to discuss challenges and appropriate measures to further strengthen credit support to beneficiaries under the ASPIRE-AT Project.
Phnom Penh: On the afternoon of 11 February 2026, with the kind approval of H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Chief Executive Officer of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), the ARDB Project Team attended a meeting with the mission team from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and the ASPIRE-AT Secretariat of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. The meeting was convened under the Agricultural Services Programme for Innovation, Resilience and Extension – Agriculture and Trade (ASPIRE-AT) and was held at the Headquarters of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank.
The meeting aimed to review the progress of credit disbursement implementation and to exchange views on key challenges and practical solutions to ensure the timely and effective delivery of credit support to project beneficiaries in line with the 2026 Annual Work Plan.
