បន្ទាប់ពីបានផ្សព្វផ្សាយពីផលិតផលឥណទានក្រោមកម្មវិធីពិសេសរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលដំណាក់កាលទី២, នាថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២២, គម្រោងហិរញ្ញប្បទានពិសេសរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ឯកឧត្តមប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលទទួលបន្ទុកជាអគ្គនាយកនៃធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ និងកសិកម្ម បានចុះជួបផ្ទាល់ជាមួយ ប្រជាកសិករគំរូ ដែលប្រើប្រាស់ហិរញ្ញប្បទានពិសេសរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ក្នុងការពង្រីកអាជីវកម្ម ចិញ្ចឹម គោ ក្នុងខេត្តព្រះវិហារ និងផ្តល់ជារង្វាន់ នូវទូរស័ព្ទ ១ គ្រឿង ក្នុងមួយគ្រួសារ។
