Phnom Penh: H.E. Dr. KAO Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Chief Executive Officer of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) and Chairman of the Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and the Pacific (ADFIAP), accompanied by Deputy Chief Executive Officers and colleagues, participated in a virtual meeting with the ADFIAP Subcommittee on Membership on the afternoon of February 18, 2025. The meeting was held to discuss strategies for attracting new members, re-engaging ADFIAP members, and the recently proposed ADFIAP Ambassador Program for Fellows in Development Finance.
