Key Duties and Responsibilities
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- ផ្សព្វផ្សាយពីគោលការណ៍ឥណទានរបស់ធនាគារ ឱ្យបានទូលំទូលាយ។
- ទទួល និងពិនិត្យលើពាក្យសុំខ្ចីឥណទាន និងឯកសារផ្សេងៗរបស់អតិថិជន។
- ចុះពិនិត្យ-សិក្សា ដល់ទីកន្លែងអាជីវកម្មរបស់អតិថិជន។
- ចុះពិនិត្យវត្ថុធានាបំណុលរបស់អតិថិជន។
- រៀបចំរបាយការណ៍ដែលបានចុះសិក្សា ពិនិត្យ និងវាយតម្លៃ និងរបាយការណ៍វិភាគលើការផ្តល់ឥណទាន។
- គ្រប់គ្រង ត្រួតពិនិត្យ ការទូទាត់សងបំណុល និងធ្វើការដោះស្រាយលើបំណុលដែលមានបញ្ហាលើការសងត្រឡប់។
- រក្សាសំណុំឯកសាររបស់អតិថិជនឱ្យមានសុវត្តិភាព និងងាយស្រួលរក (Soft & hard)។
- សិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវ រកមូលហេតុចម្បងដែលនាំឱ្យមានការសងបំណុលយឺតយ៉ាវ និងរៀបចំជារបាយការណ៍។
- បំពេញភារកិច្ចផ្សេងទៀតតាមការប្រគល់ជូនពីប្រធានការិយាល័យ។
Qualifications and competencies
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- មានបរិញ្ញាបត្រផ្នែកនីតិសាស្រ្ត, ផ្នែកហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងធនាគារ ឬសញ្ញាបត្រប្រហាក់ប្រហែលដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ
- មានបទពិសោធន៍ជាផ្នែកប្រតិបត្តិតាម យ៉ាងតិច ២ ឆ្នាំ
- មានសមត្ថភាពលើការងារត្រួតពិនិត្យការងារប្រតិបត្តិតាម
- មានទំនួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់ចំពោះការងារ
- យល់ដឹងពីបទប្បញ្ញត្តិផ្សេងៗពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងវិស័យធនាគារ និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ
- មានចំណេះដឹងផ្នែកភាសាអង់គ្លេសល្អ (ស្តាប់ និយាយ អាន និងសរសេរ)
- មានភាពស្មោះត្រង់, មានការសហការ ចេះជួយធុរៈក្នុងកិច្ចការងារ
Salary and other benefits
- Appropriate salary according to the labor market
- Annual salary increase, good performance bonus, seniority bonus
- Receive allowance for childbirth of employee or employee's wife
