Phnom Penh: On the morning of June 6, 2025, with the approval of H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government in Charge as CEO of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), H.E. Ban Lim, Deputy CEO, presided over the opening ceremony of the training on “Mixed-Methods Research Design and Methodology.” The training was delivered by Mr. An I Younan, PhD Candidate at the Department of Political Science of the University of Toronto.
This training program was initiated to strengthen the capacity of ARDB staff, particularly the research working groups of the APM Center and APRACA Center of Excellence (ARDB ACE-GFA), in planning and producing research papers using a mixed-methods methodological approach aimed at enhancing the quality and effectiveness of ongoing and future research studies conducted by both centers. H.E. Ban Lim emphasized that research skills are not only vital to the institution in achieving its goals, but also enhance staff competencies in critical thinking and problem solving, while enabling them to effectively fulfill their current and future roles.
