Green Loan Officer

• Assist in reviewing and processing green loan applications in line with Green Lending Policy and internal procedures.
• Support credit analysis, including repayment capacity, collateral evaluation, and loan documentation review.
• Conduct site visits with senior staff and prepare visit/assessment reports.
• Collect and verify environmental, social, and project “greenness” information required for loan assessment.
• Monitor assigned loan accounts, track repayment status, and follow up on overdue loans.
• Provide clients with basic guidance on green loan products and eligibility criteria.
• Compile portfolio data and support reporting on green loan performance.
• Coordinate with Risk Management, Legal, and Compliance departments under the guidance of senior staff.
• Contribute to the implementation of green finance programs or projects as assigned.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisors or management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in banking, loan assessment, or credit analysis.
• Basic knowledge of Green Finance, climate finance, or ESG principles (advantageous).
• Strong command of English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.
• Skills in financial statement analysis, credit evaluation, and report writing.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• High sense of responsibility, integrity, and accountability.
• Team-oriented, cooperative, and supportive; able to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• Patience and discipline in handling routine tasks; willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Positive attitude and commitment to organizational goals.
