ខេត្តកណ្តាល៖ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត កៅ ថាច ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលទទួលបន្ទុកជាអគ្គនាយកធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ និងកសិកម្ម ព្រមទាំងសហការី កាលពីរសៀលថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ ទី១៨ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥នេះបានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីសំណេះសំណាល និងសួរសុខទុក្ខប្រជាកសិករនៅស្រុកពញាឮ ខេត្តកណ្តាល។ នៅក្នុងកម្មវិធីសំណេះសំណាលនោះក៏មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីលោក ថន សុវណ្ណា អភិបាល នៃគណៈអភិបាលស្រុកពញាឮ អាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋានក្នុងស្រុកពញាឮ ដែលមានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបប្រមាណ ៥៩៤ នាក់។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត កៅ ថាច ក៏បានគូសរំលេចអំពីទុក្ខលំបាករបស់បងប្អូនប្រជាកសិករយើងដែលកន្លងមកតែងតែជួបប្រទះពីមួយឆ្នាំទៅមួយឆ្នាំទាក់ទងនឹងបញ្ហាតម្លៃកសិផល ខណៈដែលការព្រួយបារម្ភដូចៗគ្នា (១)លើការប្រែប្រួលអាកាសធាតុ (២) បញ្ហាតម្លៃ និងគុណភាពនៃធាតុចូលកសិកម្មជីថ្នាំ (៣) ផលិតផលគ្មានទីផ្សារ (៤) កម្ចីដែលមានអត្រាការប្រាក់ខ្ពស់​និង(៥)តម្លៃកសិផលមិនមានស្ថិរភាព ។ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត កៅ ថាច បានចង្អុលបង្ហាញពីរបៀបនៃការកាត់បន្ថយថ្លៃដើមដែលមានភាពងាយស្រួល និងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពនោះ គឺការបង្កើនទិន្នផល តាមរយៈការប្រេីប្រាស់ពូជមានទិន្នផលខ្ពស់​ និងកសិករត្រូវយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ថែទាំដំណាំ​ដូចថែទាំមនុស្ស​ និងត្រូវយល់ដឹងថាពេលវេលាឬម៉ោងណាដំណាំត្រូវការទឹកឬជី​ និងប្រេីប្រាស់ថ្នាំកំចាត់សត្វល្អិតអោយចំពេលវេលា​ជាដេីម។ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិតប្រតិភូបានពន្យល់ បង្ហាញពីបញ្ហាតម្លៃស្រូវធ្លាក់ថ្លៃ ដោយបញ្ហានេះមិនមែនជាបញ្ហាក្នុងស្រុកទេ តែជាបញ្ហាជាសកលនៅលើទីផ្សារអង្ករអន្តរជាតិតែម្តង។ យោងតាមរបាយការណ៍អាកាសធាតុពិភពលោក ដែលបានព្យាករណ៍ថាក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នឹងមានគ្រោះធម្មជាតិ បង្កឱ្យប្រទេសមួយចំនួនមានការព្រួយបារម្ភចំពោះបញ្ហាសន្ដិសុខស្បៀង […]
