H.E. Dr. KAO Thach, Delegate of Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chief Executive Officer of ARDB, accompanied by colleagues, have met and expressed courtesy call to Mrs. Cynthia B. Baldeo, President and CEO of the CARD SMEs Bank and representatives of CARD MRI in Philippines in the morning of 25th October 2022 with the facilitation from ADFIAP. This visit aims to share experiences on small loan to agriculture farmers, business modeling in small loan financing and related businesses, and strategies of implementation. Also, H.E. Dr. and colleagues have visit the students’ food exhibition under the CARD MRI program. Both institutions have also had willingness to explore further cooperation in the future.
