Key Duties and Responsibilities

- ពិនិត្យសំណុំឯកសារឥណទាន និងបញ្ជូនទៅមេធាវីតំណាងរបស់ ធ.អ.ជ.ក.សម្រាប់ដាក់ពាក្យបណ្តឹងទៅតុលាការ
- តាមដានការដាក់ពាក្យបណ្តឹងនិងសំណុំរឿងក្តីអតិថិជននៅតុលាការជាមួយមេធាវីនៃ ធ.អ.ជ.ក.
- ចុះទៅតាមដានសំណុំរឿងផ្ទាល់នៅតុលាការជាមួយមេធាវីតំណាង
- ចូលរួមរៀបចំផែនការជំរុញដោះស្រាយសំណុំរឿងក្តីនៅតុលាការ ដើម្បីឆាប់ទទួលបានលទ្ធផលល្អ
- ដោះស្រាយវិវាទរវាងភាគី ធនាគារ ជាមួយនឹងអតិថិជន
- រៀបចំឯកសារសំណុំរឿង និងស្កែនឯកសារទៅតាមប្រភេទនីមួយៗនៃសំណុំរឿង និងបញ្ចូលក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រង និងរក្សាទុកឯកសាររឿងក្ដី
- រៀបចំរបាយការណ៍វឌ្ឍនភាពរឿងក្តី ធ.អ.ធ.ជ. នៅតុលាការ គោរពជូនថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំតាមឋានានុក្រម
- រៀបចំរបាយការណ៍ ហ្វាស៊ីលីធីស្ថិតក្នុងនីតិវិធីផ្លូវច្បាប់ ប្រចាំខែ និងបញ្ជូនទៅផ្នែកពាក់ព័ន្ធ
- ចូលរួមរៀបចំតាក់តែងអត្ថបទជំនួយស្មារតី និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយក្នុងព្រឹត្តិបត្របច្ចុប្បន្នភាពគតិយុត្តប្រចាំសប្តាហ៍
- បំពេញភារកិច្ចផ្សេងទៀត តាមការប្រគល់ជូនរបស់អគ្គនាយក និង/ឬ ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាន
Qualifications and competencies
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- បរិញ្ញាបត្រផ្នែកនីតិសាស្រ្ត ឬបរិញ្ញាបត្រធនាគារ និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ
- មានបទពិសោធន៍ការងារលើផ្នែកប្រតិបត្តិតាមយ៉ាងតិច ២ឆ្នាំ
- មានសមត្ថភាពក្នុងការងារដោះស្រាយវិវាទ
- មានជំនាញទំនាក់ទំនងល្អ, មានទំនួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់ចំពោះការងារ
- យល់ដឹងពីបទប្បញ្ញត្តិផ្សេងៗពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងវិស័យធនាគារ និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ
- មានចំណេះដឹងផ្នែកភាសាអង់គ្លេសល្អ (ស្តាប់ និយាយ អាន និងសរសេរ)
- មានភាពស្មោះត្រង់, មានការសហការ ចេះជួយធុរៈក្នុងកិច្ចការងារ
Salary and other benefits
- Appropriate salary according to the labor market
- Annual salary increase, good performance bonus, seniority bonus
- Receive allowance for childbirth of employee or employee's wife
- Receive other allowances on health, education, capacity building, uniforms, daily meals, overtime, etc.
