Key Duties and Responsibilities
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- ពិនិត្យ តាមដាននិន្នាការវិវត្តក្នុងវិស័យធនាគារ ផលិតផល និងសេវាកម្មហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ក្នុងប្រទេស តំបន់ និងសកលជាប្រចាំថ្ងៃ។
- សិក្សា ពិនិត្យ ធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នកម្ម ផលិតផល និងសេវាកម្ម របស់ធនាគារឱ្យស្របតាមតម្រូវការទីផ្សារ។
- ចងក្រងឯកសារពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងផលិតផល និងសេវាកម្ម។
- បំពេញភារកិច្ចផ្សេងទៀត តាមការប្រគល់ជូន របស់ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាន។
Qualifications and competencies
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- បរិញ្ញាបត្រផ្នែកសេដ្ឋកិច្ច, ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ, ធនាគារ, និងការគ្រប់គ្រងធុរៈកិច្ច ឬ សញ្ញាបត្រដែលមានតម្លៃស្មើ។
- មានបទពិសោធន៍ផ្នែកអភិវឌ្ឍន៍អាជីវកម្ម និងយុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត។
- មានសមត្ថភាពក្នុងការរៀបចំផែនការអាជីវកម្ម, ទំនាក់ទំនងល្អជាមួយនាយកដ្ឋានដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ
- មានសមត្ថភាពស្រាវជ្រាវការវិវឌ្ឍនៃវិស័យសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ធនាគារ និងវិស័យផ្សេងៗ។
- មានសមត្ថភាពតាមដាន ពិនិត្យ និងវាយតម្លៃ នៃការអនុវត្តផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តអាជីវកម្ម ព្រមទាំងការផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងដាក់ឱ្យប្រើប្រាស់ផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត។
- មានជំនាញក្នុងការវិភាគ ផ្តួចផ្តើមគំនិត ច្នៃប្រឌិត ការគ្រប់់គ្រង និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ Data Based។
- ស្ទាត់ជំនាញ ក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់ភាសាខ្មែរ និងភាសាអង់គ្លេស។
- ចេះប្រើប្រាស់កម្មវិធី Microsoft Office, Word, Power Point, Excel និង SPSS។
- រួសរាយរាក់ទាក់, មានទំនាក់ទំនងល្អ, ក្លាហាន និងស្វាហាប់។
Salary and other benefits
- Appropriate salary according to the labor market
