Phnom Penh: At the Ministry of Commerce, on the afternoon of Friday, July 4, 2025, with the invitation from the Ministry of Commerce, H.E. Dr. KAO Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government in Charge as CEO of Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) led his delegation to join the meeting on the cooperation for promoting Cambodian agriculture products purchasing.
The meeting chaired by H.E. Tor Pila, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, and also attended by Representatives from the relevant ministries, Representatives from Offices of MOC in provinces and cities, Representative from ACLEDA Bank PLC, some corn and cassava traders, and animal food production companies. The main purpose of this meeting is to focuss discussion on the current situation and key challenges facing by the Cambodian agriculture products market, particularly red corn and cassava and other raw materials for animal food productions, aimed to find suitable solutions for interventions in upcoming harvesting seasons.
