On the morning of December 01, 2025, H.E. Dr. KAO Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Chief Executive Officer of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) accompanied by his colleagues, met with the project team of Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) to discuss ARDB’s practices and experiences regarding Green Finance and Taxonomies, Challenges, as well as the potential collaborations.
