Key Duties and Responsibilities
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- ស្រាវជ្រាវ និងផ្ដួចផ្ដើមគម្រោងថ្មីៗនៅក្នុងវិស័យកសិកម្ម
- ប្រមូលទិន្នន័យពាក់ព័ន្ធដើម្បីវិភាគ និងរៀបចំឯកសារគម្រោង
- រៀបចំយន្តការអនុវត្តជាមួយដៃគូ និង/ឬភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ ក្នុងគម្រោង
- ផ្សព្វផ្សាយគម្រោងជូនដល់កសិករ ឬសហគមន៍ក្នុងតំបន់គោលដៅដើម្បីចូលរួមអនុវត្ត
- តាមដានការអនុវត្តគម្រោងស្របតាមគោលដៅគម្រោង ប្រចាំខែ និង/ឬតាមការចាំបាច់
- វាយតម្លៃគម្រោងប្រចាំឆមាស ប្រចាំឆ្នាំ និង/ឬតាមការចាំបាច់
- រៀបចំចងក្រងអំពីលទ្ធផលជោគជ័យនៃការអនុវត្តគម្រោង
- រៀបចំការផ្សព្វផ្សាយគន្លឺះសំខាន់ៗនៃគម្រោងជូនដល់ដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍជាតិ-អន្តរជាតិ
- រៀបចំរបាយការណ៍វឌ្ឍនភាពប្រចាំខែ ត្រីមាស ឆមាស និងប្រចាំឆ្នាំជូនថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ
- បំពេញភារកិច្ចផ្សេងទៀត តាមការប្រគល់របស់ប្រធានអង្គភាព និង/ឬ អគ្គនាយករង។
Qualifications and competencies
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- បរិញ្ញាបត្រផ្នែកសេដ្ឋកិច្ចកសិកម្ម និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ, ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងធនាគារ, ការគ្រប់គ្រងអាជីវកម្ម ឬសញ្ញាបត្រដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ
- មានសមត្ថភាពចូលរួមអភិវឌ្ឍន៍គម្រោង
- មានសមត្ថភាពស្រាវជ្រាវ និងផ្តល់គំនិតថ្មីៗដើម្បីបង្កើតគម្រោង
- មានការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងល្អជាមួយភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ
- ស្ទាត់ជំនាញក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់ភាសាខ្មែរ និងភាសាអង់គ្លេស ព្រមទាំងអាចប្រើប្រាស់កម្មវិធី Microsoft Office និង SPSS, Stata or E-view
- មានភាពស្មោះត្រង់ និងចេះសម្របសម្រួលធ្វើការងារជាក្រុម
Salary and other benefits
- Appropriate salary according to the labor market
- Annual salary increase, good performance bonus, seniority bonus
