Phnom Penh, with the honored permission of H.E. Dr. KAO Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Chief Executive Officer of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), H.E. Ban Lim, Deputy CEO of ARDB, accompanied by his colleagues, met with Dr. Prasun Kumar Das, Secretary General of the Asia-Pacific Rural and Agricultural Credit Association (APRACA), and his colleague to discuss progress and the next steps under the strategic partnership framework for agricultural development.
