Key Duties and Responsibilities
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- រៀបចំ និងលើកផែនការផលិតជាប្រចាំខែរួមទាំងប្រធានបទ,ខ្លឹមសារកម្មវិធី,ការផលិតធាតុចូលនៃកម្មវិធី
- ប្រមូល និងចងក្រងប្រភពក្នុងការសម្ភាសន៍
- ទទួលខុសត្រូវនូវដំណើរការផលិតកម្មវិធីគ្រប់ដំណាក់កាល (មុនថត ពេលថត និងក្រោយថត)
- រៀបចំ Graphic Anmation និងDesign លើវីដេអូ និងរូបភាពនៃកម្មវិធី
- រៀបចំផលិតវីដេអូ សម្រាប់ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នានារបស់ធនាគារ ARDB
- សិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវ វិធីសាស្រ្តថ្មីៗ ប្រកបដោយច្នៃប្រឌិត និងសិល្បៈទាក់ទាញបញ្ចូលក្នុងកម្មវិធី
- រៀបចំ និងតាមដានលទ្ធផលការផ្សាយនៃកម្មវិធីដែលបានផលិត ហើយលើកជារបាយការណ៍វាយតម្លៃដើម្បីកែលម្អកម្មវិធីជាប្រចាំសប្តាហ៍ និងប្រចាំខែ
- បំពេញភារកិច្ចផ្សេងៗទៀតតាមកំណត់របស់ប្រធានផ្ទាល់ និងប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាន
Qualifications and competencies
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- មានកម្រិតសិក្សាថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រផ្នែកសារព័ត៌មាន ឬសញ្ញាបត្រដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ
- មានបទពិសោធន៍ក្នុងការផលិតកម្មវិធីផ្សាយយ៉ាងតិចចំនួន ៣ឆ្នាំឡើងទៅ
- មានជំនាញសរសេរអត្ថបទព័ត៌មាន និងធ្វើបទសម្ភាសន៍
- មានជំនាញទំនាក់ទំនង និងប្រាស្រ័យជាមួយភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធបានល្អ
- មានចំណេះដឹងទូទៅពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងវិស័យកសិកម្ម
- អាចប្រើប្រាស់កម្មវិធីកុំព្យូទ័រ World, Excell, និង Power Point
- អាចរៀបចំសេណារីយូក្នុងការផលិតកម្មវិធី ពិនិត្យខ្លឹមសារ និងដំណើរការទូទៅនៃការផលិត
- អាចប្រើប្រាស់កម្មវិធីសម្រាប់កាត់តវីដេអូកាត់តវីដេអូសម្រាប់ធ្វើការផ្សាយ
- ចេះប្រើប្រាស់កាមេរ៉ាថតរូប ឬថតវីដេអូ
- មានជំនាញ Graphic Anmation និងDesignលើវីដអូ និងរូបភាព
Salary and other benefits
- Appropriate salary according to the labor market
- Annual salary increase, good performance bonus, seniority bonus
