H.E. Dr. Kao Thach Chaired Discussion with Representatives of BT Payment International (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. and Banktech Group Pty Ltd.

Phnom Penh: H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Chief Executive Officer of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), accompanied by his colleagues, chaired a discussion with Representatives of BT Payment International (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. and Banktech Group Pty Ltd., led by Mr. David Glen , Group Managing Director of Banktech Group Pty Ltd and Mr. David Yip, Country Head of BT Payment International (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. , on key areas that is ARDB can integrated its ATM Network with BT Payment International (Cambodia) Co., Ltd, allowing ARDB Clients to use KHQR for Cash in/ Cash out on the ATM Network of the Companies and others digital services.

The meeting was held on the morning of Friday, August 21, 2026 at the ARDB Headquarters.
