Senior Green Loan Officer

• Provide consultation and clear explanations to clients on Green Lending Policy, products, and eligibility criteria.
• Conduct site visits, perform loan assessments, and prepare detailed assessment reports.
• Review and verify loan applications, including repayment capacity, collateral adequacy, and compliance with procedures.
• Monitor loan performance and take timely action on overdue accounts.
• Supervise client compliance with loan agreements; escalate non-compliance cases to Legal & Compliance.
• Coordinate with Legal Affairs on revisions or clarifications of loan terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with Risk Management to manage lending risk thresholds and environmental/social scoring.
• Lead or contribute to the implementation of green finance programs and projects.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior officers as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in banking, loan assessment, credit analysis, and compliance.
• Demonstrated knowledge or direct involvement in Green Finance, climate finance, or ESG principles.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.
• Strong skills in financial statement analysis, credit evaluation, and risk management.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized with strong decision-making abilities.
• Resilient and patient in handling clients and operational challenges.
• Creative and open-minded in identifying green financing solutions.
• Partnership-oriented mindset with constructive communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and take initiative.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and mentoring capabilities.
