H.E Kao Tach, CEO of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank of Cambodia and the Head of Youth Movement at Kandal Ksat, Kandal Province, representing HE. Dr. Aun Pornmoniroth, Minister of the Ministry of the Economic and Finance in Cambodia, accompanied by colleagues to join new semester opening ceremony of 2019-2020.

On the 1st of November 2019, HE. Kao Tach, CEO of ARDB and Chairman of Youth Movement at Kandal Ksat, Kandal Province, representing HE. Dr. Aun Pornmoniroth, minister of the Ministry of the Economic and Finance, to joined new semester opening ceremony of 2019-2020, and meet with roughly 2200 students of Prek Luong Secondary school and Hun Sen Rota Ksat Kandal High school with the company of colleagues.

On the occasion, HE. Kao Thach delivered a courtesy visit from HE Dr. Aun Pornmoniroth, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Finance, and congratulated all the children on the opening page of new semester study in during the period of Peace, Development and Prosperity in all areas under the leadership of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN Prime Minister. At the same time, HE. Kao Thach has noted and outlined some key points as guides for students, by taking the example of outstanding students, and to enhance their commitment in passing exams and purse university education as many scholarships waiting for them. As a matter of fact, the whole Central Sand District with the attention of HE Dr. Aun Pornmoniroth, students who are unable to go to college are provided scholarships annually their university studies till the end of their study. At the same time, HE. Kao Thach requests all teachers to continue working hard to educate and train students, especially for students who are preparing to take exams in 2020
