Key Duties and Responsibilities
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- រៀបចំ និងសម្របសម្រួលដំណើរការទូរទៅបែបបទរដ្ឋបាល និងទំនាក់ទំនងក្នុងការិយាល័យ
- ប្រមូល និងចងក្រងប្រភពក្នុងការសម្ភាសន៍
- ចូលរួមរៀបចំដំណើរការផលិតកម្មវិធីគ្រប់ដំណាក់កាល (មុនថត ពេលថត និងក្រោយថត)
- ចូលរួមជាពិធីករក្នុងកម្មវិធីផ្សាយផ្ទាល់ និងថតទុក
- ផ្ដល់ជំនួយដល់ប្រធានក្នុងការតាមដានការអនុវត្តផែនការសកម្មភាព និងផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តរបស់ការិយាល័យ
- រៀបចំ និងតាមដានលទ្ធផលការផ្សាយនៃកម្មវិធីដែលបានផលិត និងរៀបចំរបាយការណ៍វាយតម្លៃកម្មវិធីជាប្រចាំសប្តាហ៍ និងប្រចាំខែ
- បំពេញភារកិច្ចផ្សេងៗទៀតតាមកំណត់របស់ប្រធានផ្ទាល់ និងប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាន
Qualifications and competencies
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- មានបរិញ្ញាបត្រផ្នែកសារព័ត៌មាន ឬសញ្ញាបត្រប្រហាក់ប្រហែលដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ
- មានបទពិសោធន៍ក្នុងការផលិតកម្មវិធីផ្សាយយ៉ាងតិចចំនួន ២ឆ្នាំឡើងទៅ
- មានជំនាញសរសេរអត្ថបទព័ត៌មាន និង ធ្វើបទសម្ភាសន៍
- មានជំនាញទំនាក់ទំនង និងប្រាស្រ័យជាមួយភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធបានល្អ
- មានចំណេះដឹងទូទៅពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងវិស័យកសិកម្ម
- អាចប្រើប្រាស់កម្មវិធីកុំព្យូទ័រ Word, Excell , និង Power Point
- អាចរៀបចំ Scenario ក្នុងការផលិតកម្មវិធី ពិនិត្យខ្លឹមសារ និងដំណើរការទូទៅនៃការផលិត
- អាចប្រើប្រាស់កម្មវិធីសម្រាប់កាត់តវីដេអូសម្រាប់ធ្វើការផ្សាយ
- ចេះប្រើកាមេរ៉ាក្នុងការថតរូប ឬ ថតវីដេអូ
- មានទំនួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះកិច្ចការងារ និងមានភាពស្មោះត្រង់
Salary and other benefits
- Appropriate salary according to the labor market
- Annual salary increase, good performance bonus, seniority bonus
