Senior Business & Product Development Officer

• Drive the innovation, creation, and enhancement of the bank’s products and financial services.
• Partner closely with relevant departments to successfully design, develop, and launch new products and services.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on evolving banking trends, financial products, and services at local, regional, and global levels.
• Review, evaluate, and update existing banking products and services to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with current market needs.
• Formulate comprehensive Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) for products and services and meticulously compile all related product documentation.
• Supervise, review, and evaluate the performance of subordinate staff to foster growth and ensure operational efficiency.
• Execute other tasks and duties assigned by the Head of Department

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in product development or business development within the banking/financial sector.
• Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and lead junior staff.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and take initiative.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and mentoring capabilities.
