Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Initiate ideas and lead the formulation of the bank’s rolling three-year strategic plan.
- Coordinate the comprehensive preparation of the bank’s Annual Report in strict compliance with the regulations of the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC).
- Collect and analyze macroeconomic data, growing financial industry trends, and competitive threats to inform the business strategy.
- Monitor, evaluate, and analyze the implementation results of the bank’s business strategic plans against set targets.
- Research and evaluate digital banking technologies to align the business strategy with the bank’s digital objectives.
- Propose innovative strategies to optimize bank operations and the branch network to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate and collaborate closely with various departments to ensure the highly effective execution of business strategies.
- Perform other duties and strategic tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.s
Qualifications and competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business strategy development, product/service development, or a related role in the banking or financial services sector.
- Proficient English language skills.
- High sense of responsibility, integrity, and accountability.
- Team-oriented, cooperative, and supportive; able to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
- Patience and discipline in handling routine tasks; willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Positive attitude and commitment to organizational goals.
Salary and other benefits
